I like the tones.

The crop feels too tight to me though.

A bit noisy in some spots.

Yeah not a studio picture . Had to use high ISO - is there an easy way of reducing the noise in CS2 without loosing too much sharpness?

Use plugins like Noise Ninja or Neat Image. You buy them separately.
Do it in layers and selective if needed. Then you can have the opacity to control the amount better.

You seem to have either a spot on the skin or dirt from the lense just above the finger. You could easily heal that.

The light is a bit harsh (not in control). Studio lights is better!

Yeah I just used a light bulb as source for the light. The backgound are large black bedsheets pinned to the wall. It's all very improvised. It's a spot on the skin - don't like to "repair" this.

I agree with Patrick. Controlled settings are always better! Those plugins are a good advice!
